    Drops should be placed under the tongue or between the inner cheek and gums and held for 90 seconds before swallowing. Brushing one’s teeth first can increase blood flow in the mouth and speed the onset. Taking capsules and drops with food, especially healthy fats, will improve absorption and result in a stronger effect.
