Placing an order for products means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we are unsure of your age, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Placement of an order indicates that you represent and warrant that all of the information that you provide to Green Heart of Copenhagen are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.
We accept orders and can ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cypress, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia and Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales – United Kingdom).
We accept online payment also from Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Shipment to these countries are handled manually.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified by the individual that placed the order. If one or more of the items you have ordered are unavailable at the time of order, we will not be able to process your request and will complete a full refund. We will inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. Green Heart of Copenhagen ships with regular post and UPS. International orders must meet regulations for the sale of these products to the relevant country. Green Heart of Copenhagen products are legal in most locations. It is your responsibility as a consumer to know your local laws and regulations before ordering. Green Heart of Copenhagen will not be responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Pricing and Availability
All orders placed on this Website are subject to product availability, and Green Heart of Copenhagen’s confirmation of the order quantity and price. Green Heart of Copenhagen retains the right to refuse any orders. All prices advertised are subject to changes. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this is not an acceptance of your order. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.
On receipt of your order Green Heart of Copenhagen will seek authorization for payment from your card issuer. Your card will be debited upon receipt of that authorization, and funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have ordered for purchase.
Returns and Refunds
At Green Heart of Copenhagen, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you use any of our products for 7 days and are not completely satisfied, we will give you a full refund of the price of the product if returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
To make a return, send an email to us at Hello@GreenHeartOfCopenhagen.com with details as to why you are requesting a refund. Please list your order number in the subject line or main body text of your email.
You will then hear back from us with details on how to return the product to us. Costs associated with payment of return shipment to us will be covered by the customer. Please keep your courier mail receipt as proof of the return shipment to us.
Once we have received your product, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email or telephone from the Green Heart of Copenhagen customer care team. A refund of your products will be made within 14 days from when we receive your return product
To ensure that everyone is given the same opportunities, we have placed a limit on the number of times you may return a specific Green Heart of Copenhagen product for a refund, which has been placed at a total of one (1); unless under special circumstances approved by managerial staff.
We ask that you please choose your products carefully, or if you are unsure, to contact us so that we can ensure that you are getting the right product for your needs before you purchase.
If you receive a faulty product, please file a complaint, or contact us prior returning the item. If your complaint is justified you can either receive a full refund, exchange the item or receive a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must file the complaint within 2 months after a defect has been discovered. Please carefully inspect your goods immediately upon receipt.
